Come and experience one of the most typical agricultural activities of the region, the olive harvest. Meet this rural Algarve experience.
The olives can be prepared in a variety of ways like crushed, shredded, preserved in brine, or turned into olive oil, a key ingredient in the Mediterranean diet.
