It is an innovative project to create rural accommodation, value our heritage, boost the touristic offer and the diversification of quality offers to enjoy and immerse yourself at the local farming facilities.

All the available packages, the activities, touristic and cultural tours, the pool, the local restaurants, workshops as well as the additional offers provided by Monte da Ribeira in partnership with other tourism associations, provide greater comfort, knowledge, leisure and service to give you a unique e unforgettable experience.

This project works on the basis of mutual help and cooperation between private and public entities, in order to diversify the region. Monte da Ribeira offers accommodation with an active participation from our guests to learn about the agricultural work and practises, the traditions and the culture of the region. Monte da Ribeira aims to pass on the cherished knowledge of regional produce and traditional products.

The project Monte da Ribeira – Agroturismo has the main objective of boosting the tourism development in the region, adding value to the activity in rural areas. Based on this, it was developed under the initiative of the Ministry of Agriculture, Sea, Environment and Land and was co-financed by the FEADER under PRODER.
