Monte da Ribeira - Agroturismo offers the possibility to book accommodation, activities and/or packages (accommodation with activities). There are three types of accommodation (Room/One Bedroom Apartment and Two Bedroom Apartment) which can be booked for a minimum of one night(prices per night) or for a long period. If you will like to opt for a quiet and scheduled holiday period, we advise you to book one of the packages available on our website. Rates are available on the website.

All accommodation types of Monte da Ribeira - Agroturismo has a traditional breakfast basket with regional products and seasonal fruits in order to provide our guests all flavour and tradition. It must be picked up every morning at the reception between 8:30 am and 10:00 am.

The Internet access service (WIFI) is free and through 3G Router delivered at the reception during check-in. This service allows you to use and share internet access throughout your stay, without limits and is valid throughout all Portugal Continental. Upon check-out device (3G Router) is returned and respective power cables.

Any extra order (bed or baby cot) may incur additional charges and must be confirmed in advance by Monte da Ribeira - Agroturismo.
For children under 2 years a cot will be provided at no additional cost. Maximum number of cots per room: 1

Pets are allowed, with prior notice and costs €5 / night per pet.
Smoking is not allowed inside the accommodation.

Booking Conditions

Reservations must be made at least three days in advance through the website www.montedaribeira.com, by email info@montedaribeira.com or through the online booking portals advertising Monte da Ribeira - Agroturismo.

When filling in the online booking form on our website, please enter your contact details, requested dates, accommodation type, required activity/ies and/or package(s). When booking packages you will need to select the type of accommodation you wish having into consideration its price and capacity.

After analysis and validation of availability, you will receive an email with booking details and payment instructions. For firm booking, we need to receive 25% payment upfront by bank transfer to NGIG – Agroturismo, Lda.

Once we receive proof of payment, receive email confirmation of the booking, including the location and where to get the keys.

Pricing Policy

Prices include VAT.

The number of people per accommodation cannot exceed the maximum capacity indicated. Otherwise, there will be an extra charge per person of €15/night.

Monte da Ribeira - Agroturismo only accepts payments by cash, MB card or bank transfer. All activities and extra costs during the stay are paid in cash at the reception. Payment by bank transfer is only eligible in the advance booking process.

Changes or Cancellations

Changes or cancellation to already confirmed reservations should be made by email to info@montedaribeira.com. After analysis you will receive a cancellation or change confirmation by email too and it will refer to the amount to be reimbursed and the amounts charged, if any.

Cancellation policy:

• Until 14 days before check-in, we will refund the full prepayment.
• Up to 7 days before the scheduled arrival date - 50% of the prepayment amount;
• Up to 3 days before the scheduled arrival date - 75% of the prepayment amount.
• In case of NO-SHOW without any explanation we will not be refunded any amount already paid by the customer.

Please note that cancellation charges (such as bank transfer charges, PayPal fees or other payment fees, if applicable) are not our responsibility.

Refunds will be made within 30 days following the date on which the cancellation or change has been confirmed.

Cleaning

The cleaning service is included in the reservation amount.
Intermediate cleaning takes place every 3 nights. Includes:

- Bed linen exchange;
- Towel change;
- Cleaning and disinfection of the entire accommodation;

Any daily cleaning service may incur additional costs and only upon request and prior approval by Monte da Ribeira - Agroturismo.
The additional supply of bed linen and towels may incur additional charges.

Laundry services have additional costs and are charged separately.

Extra Activities and Services

To enhance your holiday experience, Monte da Ribeira – Agroturismo, offers you a wide variety of additional services beside the accommodation and activities such as massages, beauty treatments, car rental (transfers), bike rental (BTT), workshops and organized outdoor activities (hiking, bird watching at Ria Formosa Park), among other.

All extra services must be requested as early as possible.

Prices of extra services vary according to availability, requested dates and type of service provided. Monte da Ribeira - Agroturismo will confirm you availability and prices in a timely manner.

The prices of these services or extra activities are not automatically calculated in the total cost of online booking and must be paid separately during your stay.
